How is my caviar shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are shipped via overnight delivery in insulated thermal bags with frozen gel packs. This ensures the caviar maintains a consistent temperature of 28-32°F throughout its journey to your doorstep.

How long will the caviar last once it arrives?

Unopened vacuum-sealed tins can be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up to 4-6 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming the caviar within 24 to 48 hours for the best flavor and texture.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to CITES regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the delicate nature of caviar, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is delayed by the carrier, please contact our concierge team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
